Marlena is shot and killed as The Salem Stalker. As her family mourn her, she takes a coffin ride to the island of Melaswen (New Salem spelled backwards).

Marlena's Death and Funeral set the stage for the transition from The Salem Stalker storyline to the Melaswen storyline. Watch a portion of the funeral, Marlena's Melaswen arrival and her rememberance of her coffin experience.

Hope is revealed to be the "Salem mugger" and the person who tried to murder Bo. She tries one last time to "kill" the source of her pain - Bo!
